S.V. Paradoks English

Ook lid worden van S.V. Paradoks? Vul onderstaand formulier in zodat we je aanmelding kunnen verwerken. Studenten die BMT/BME of TG/TM volgen moeten zich inschrijven als Primair lid (10 euro per jaar). Als je een andere studie volgt schrijf je je in als Extern lid (5 euro per jaar). De contributie voor Primair lid betaal je in één keer voor de verwachte loopduur van je studie (bachelor en master). Schrijf je je voor het eind van deze periode uit, dan krijg je het restant van je contributie terug. De contributie voor Extern lid betaal je jaarlijks.

Let op: vul voor je studentnummer ook de 's' in! (bijvoorbeeld s1234567).

To become member of S.V. Paradoks, fill in the form below. Students for BMT/BME or TG/TM should choose 'Primair lid' (€10,- per year). If you follow any other study, please fill in 'Extern Lid' (€5,- per year). The contribution for Primair lid is paid in advance for the expected duration of your course (bachelor and master). If you deregister before the end of this period, you will have the remaining part of your contribution returned. The contribution for Extern Lid is paid yearly.
